Blue Aesthetic Apartment - 1312 21 Chic Street | CC 2

Welcome to my first apartment post! I built this a while back and I'm experimenting with different colours for this same build, so let me know if you'd want a pink or purple or yellow or whatever version of this apartment! Huge shoutout to Peacemaker for making so many beautiful swatches for the kitchen cabinets! They really pulled the whole thing together -- don't you just love it when the colour matches across all your furnitures?

I feel this apartment would be perfect for single-member households who like the aesthetic but would also like to have some fun with it, you know? The mini bar is there whenever they want to invite friends over for a fun night, the open concept room design makes the small space feel bigger, not to mention those floor to ceiling windows! If I could live here I really would :')

Instructions:

1. As always, download tray files to Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray, and the CC folder to the Mods folder. The difference is that I had to remove walls to make the game recognize & save the whole lot as one room, so once you place it you have to manually reconnect the walls and change the wallpaper as you see fit.

2. Go to 1312 21 Chic Street, and bulldoze the existing lot. Otherwise placing a new room would make all objects overlap.

3. Make sure moveobjects is on before placing any of my builds.

4. Go to your library and find this build, titled Blue Apartment, and rotate it accordingly so the room fits the layout of the lot.

5. Reattach any deleted walls/doors, change wallpaper, etc.
