*Note: I'm starting to categorize the CC-used builds into groups:
1 is a small amount of custom content, usually items belonging to the same set so there's only a few downloads needed.
2 is where i go all out and there may be more downloads required, especially single items from multiple creators.
I always encourage downloading the merged folder so you don't have to individually download each of the CC items, but the items and their creators will still be listed each time.
This modern minimalist home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but the highlight is the gorgeous rooftop patio complete with a hot tub. I'm surprised this was under §100k, maybe because I didn't do too much landscaping and yard stuff?
Anyway, I'm super happy with how the rooftop turned out. This is my second project series titled Pinterest to Sims, where I take inspiration from real-life houses and make them in the Sims! Thank you TwistedMexi for the TOOL mod, really saved my life with the exterior there.

Instructions: click to download the merged file with all cc included. After the download finishes, unzip the file, and make sure to place only tray items (BPI, TRAYITEM, BLUEPRINT files) in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray, and the Mods folder in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods. If you don't unzip or place the files in the correct folders, they will not show up in game! See the FAQ here if you're having trouble.
